Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Lead who will be responsible for nurturing and growing our community, managing governance initiatives, and overseeing a team of Community Managers (CMs). This role is ideal for someone who is not only a community management expert but also has a deep understanding of blockchain technology and crypto ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement & Management
    • Foster and manage our community across Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
    • Organize and moderate community discussions, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
    • Respond to community inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Coordination & Leadership
    • Manage and coordinate a team of Community Managers, including scheduling, providing guidance, and ensuring consistent and mindful communication.
    • Ensure all community channels are monitored and active, maintaining a high standard of engagement.
  • Content Creation & Communication
    • Create and distribute engaging content that resonates with our community and keeps them informed about updates, events, and initiatives.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align community content with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
    • Host and organize community events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and other interactive activities to keep the community engaged and informed.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment.
    • Provide regular reports on community activities, feedback, and trends to the team.
    • Use data-driven insights to propose and implement improvements to community strategies.
  • Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and development, to ensure community feedback is integrated into product development.
    • Partner with external stakeholders and influencers to expand community reach and impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in community management within the blockchain or crypto industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of digital community engagement tools and best practices.
    • Proficiency in using community management platforms like Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and others.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity
    • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to engage and grow the community.
  • Adaptability
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Languages
    • Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
